# How do I turn off the floating ball of ZipZap.AI

On the settings page, you can quickly find this setting item. After installing the ZipZap.AI plug-in, it will indeed hover a floating ball in the lower right corner of any webpage you browse by default. If in some cases you do not need this floating ball, you can choose “Hide for 7 days on this site” when hovering with your mouse. Then, under the domain name of that website, the ZipZap.AI floating ball will not be displayed for 7 days.
